Five in one recipes from Healthy Grain Mix

Recipe – 1: Sweet Porridge

Mix 2 spoons of Healthy Grain Mix in a bowl of water. Boil 1 Glass of water adding 2 spoons of Jaggery in deep pan separately. Add diluted Healthy Grain Mix to boiling water, stirring continuously for 3 minutes with no lumps. Cool for 5 minutes. Then add half glass of boiled milk. Stir & serve.

Recipe – 2: Masala Porridge

Ingredients: Mix 2 spoons of Healthy Grain Mix in a bowl of water. Boil 1 Glass of water adding VN Masala & Salt in deep pan separately. Add diluted Healthy Grain Mix in boiling water, stirring continuously for 5 minutes with no lumps. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir and serve.(You can prepare SALTY Porridge by adding Pepper powder & Salt in place of VN Masala. All other steps same).

Recipe – 3: Smoothie

Soak 2 spoon of Healthy Grain Mix, 10 pieces of seedless dates, 8 pieces of Badam in deep bowl of water. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Then grind the mixture till soft. Add 1 Robusta Banana & grind for a minute. Then add 1 cup of chilled milk & grind for few seconds. Relish healthy nutritious Smoothie.

Recipe – 4: Vegetable Soup

In deep pan add cleaned & finely chopped carrot, french beans, sweat corn seeds and boil for 5 minutes. Dilute 2 spoons of Healthy Grain Mix in a bowl adding water, salt & pepper powder. No lumps. Add this mixture slowly to boiling water. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes stirring continuously. Keep aside for 5 minutes & serve.

Recipe – 5: Healthy Ladoos

In deep pan on slow flame take 2 spoon of Healthy Grain Mix and roast it adding Ghee till light brown. Switch off flame. Add 15/20 pieces of soft seedless black dates. Add Ghee roasted badam, Cashew, mix properly till soft. Make small ladoos. Garnish with ghee roasted badam, Cashew, Healthy Nutritions Ladoos are ready.
