Five in one recipes from Ragi Oat Atta
Recipe – 1: Soft Roti.
In big bowl take two cup of RagiOat Atta. Add Salt. Now slowly add hot water and mix with spoon. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Then adding some oil make the dough soft. Take small ball. Roll it round like chapati. On medium flame, on non-stick pan, roast the roti on both sides. Add ghee. Healthy Soft Roti is ready to eat.
Recipe – 2: Grated Vegetable Roti.
Grate Carrot, Cabbage, Cucumber. Squeeze out the water. Add finely chopped coriander leaf, green chilli, cumin seeds, salt and oil. Add RagiOat Atta and mix properly till the dough becomes soft like chapati dough. Do not add water. Now place a clean small round wet cotton cloth on chapati maker. Keep a small dough at the center and flatten it slowly by wet hand. Place the roti on heated pan. Slowly remove the cloth and cook roti on both sides. Add oil or ghee on both sides. Serve hot with Pickle or curd.
Recipe – 3: Dosa
Mix One cup of RagiOat Atta, Two cup of water & Salt to form batter of dosa consistency. Keep aside for 10 minutes. On medium flame on hot non-stick pan spread above batter. Cover with lid. Spread ghee or oil. Roast the dosa on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with sambar, chutney.
Recipe – 4: Uthappam.
On medium flame on hot non-stick pan spread above batter sufficiently thick. Top up with finely chopped & cleaned onion, grated carrot, waterless green leafy vegetables, green chilly. Spread ghee or oil. Cover with lid. Roast the uthappam on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with sambar, chutney.
Recipe – 5: Healthy Ladoos
On medium flame roast 2 cups of RagiOat Atta with two spoon of ghee. Keep aside. In a big bowl add ghee and roast badam, cashew and then add a cup of seedless grinded dates. Mix well for two minutes then add roasted RagiOat Atta. On slow flame mix all ingredients together adding more ghee. Cool for two minutes. Prepare small ladoos using oil on your palm.
