Five in one recipes from WheaOat Atta

Recipe – 1: Rotis.

In a big bowl take 2 cups of WheaOat Atta. Add Salt. Add water slowly to make soft dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Then knead the dough soft using oil. Take small ball and roll chapatti. Roast chapatti on both sides pressing slowly using clean white cloth to make fluffy. Apply ghee, if required. Soft, fluffy, healthy rotis are ready.

Recipe – 2: Greens Rotis.

Without water grind finely chopped / cleaned green leafy vegetables like palak, curry leaf, coriander leaf, cumin seeds, black peper, garlic. Add this mixture in two cups or more WheaOat Atta to make chapati dough. Do not add water. Knead dough soft using oil. Take small ball and roll chapatti. Roast chapatti on both sides pressing slowly using clean white cloth to make fluffy. Apply ghee. Healthy, delicious green rotis are ready to eat with curd or curry.

Recipe – 3: Dosa.

Mix One cup of WheaOat Atta. Two cup of water & Salt to form batter of dosa consistency. Keep aside for 10 minutes. On medium flame on hot non-stick pan spread above batter. Cover with lid. Spread ghee or oil. Roast the dosa on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with sambar, chutney.
